Foundations:

As a people we are great at stories, make believe, fantasy, etc. But without a good, solid foundation, where do we come in to land or do we just always dwell in fantasy?

Employee of the Month:

It's ME!

We all have foundations

Everyone lives to 'foundations', some people say they don't but really do. The fact is that to perform on any level, we know and live by foundations.

A good example of this is when I was talking to a lady about what she believed as opposed to what I believed, while on an afternoon praying for people to be healed on the streets of Oxford. The lady began by challenging me on my qualifications for 'healing' - apparently because she had 'done a course' on it. As time and conversation went on, she effectively began telling me that she believed that there was no such thing as reality and only what we perceived. The worlds qualifications were nonsense and therefore irrelevent.

Therefore, she was not only showing that she really did care about qualifications, but saying that they were of absolutely no importance. She was also telling me that there was no absolute reality - by using an absolute statement :there is no such thing as reality:. Example image - aligned to the right

There is, no matter what people may say, an absolute reality. If that were not so, and everything was just dreamed up by individuals, and what I am writing just my own imagination, along with thew computer I am writing it on - the natural disasters and car crashes, criminals etc. which I must also have imagined, would suggest that I am very sick indeed! An aknowledgement of that sickness, therefore suggests a higher 'right' by which to rate things - a reality!

Those who spout such nonsense, at the same time are quick to correct you when it comes to experiential reality! For example, the one who says there is no such thing as right and wrong, will still tell you that you are wrong if you slapped them in the face or stole their car!
